Heidi Harbinson knows and loves the Okanagan Valley. Having built deep roots in Penticton, she brings a wealth of local knowledge and a passion for helping clients navigate the real estate market with confidence.
Before earning her real estate license, Heidi completed her bachelor’s degree at Southwest Minnesota State University and gained 15 years of corporate experience developing sales leaders, training negotiation strategies, and mastering modern marketing. Today, she applies those skills—along with perseverance, patience, and attention to detail—to build genuine, lasting relationships with her clients.
Beyond real estate, Heidi is deeply invested in her community. She serves on the board of directors for Rotary, actively contributing to service projects that support local and global initiatives. She is also an Ambassador for the South Okanagan Medical Foundation, helping to raise awareness and funds for Penticton Hospital. Additionally, Heidi sponsors the Penticton Vees 50/50 draws in support of the BC Hockey Hall of Fame, reinforcing her commitment to local sports and youth development.
Family and community are at the heart of Heidi’s life. She has raised her children in Penticton, supporting their involvement in local sports. Her stepson, a former minor lacrosse player and Penticton High School graduate, recently earned his degree while playing NCAA lacrosse in Tennessee. Her daughter is a student at Penticton High School and an active member of Penticton Minor Fastpitch.
Outside of work, you’ll find Heidi and her family cheering on her husband, Fred, and our hometown Vees at the SOEC.
